My favorite food is Yu Hsiang Eggplant, it's practically one on the only vegetables that I absolutely love and can probably live off of. It's very savory with lots of spice. And where can you get it? Well, I'm pretty modest but I do have to say that I like my own recipe the best, alongside my dad's and my grandma's recipes of course.
