A meal that I could probably eat every day is 미역국, or simply seaweed soup! Seaweed in general is great... I know how to make it myself, but I still prefer my mom's homemade cooking to my half-assedness... lol
I'm about to eat it tomorrow actually cos it's customary to have a bowl of this on your birthday! It's so tasty (and really healthy) and I add sauce (a mixture of sesame oil, some soy sauce, pepper flakes, and green onions) to make it more spicy since I prefer it that way.
