i have troubles with technology all the time, so let's talk about the other one instead because that's less embarrassing--

my dad is really technology dumb, so i had to help him type up his resume and put it through email. he had never done so in his entire life and walking him through it felt like holding a small child's hand-- it was really grating sometimes, but it paid off for him so i'm happy.
