Hmm, technology troubles. There seems to be a lot since my parents aren't use to using a computer. But the one that stands out is when my roommate's mom had problems with her computer and it would not load anything when booted up. It was just a blue screen. I tinkered around with it and finally got the taskbar to restart via the task manager.
