i've been counting some neck pieces that look like ties and/or bowties, but you're right, that doesn't doesn't look like either of the above so i'm not sure i can count it :(b! also i'm familiar enough with canon to know that satoshi wears glasses, so i'll give you credit that optional bonus, but next time make sure the image you submit has all three criteria present in it too! (so even if the character wears glasses regularly, try not to submit an image of them without them, if that makes sense)
