Ahiru from Princess Tutu! It has the typical transformation scenes and everything so it's generally counted as a magical girl sort of thing. (The duck on it is.. herself.. but technically it's also sort of the cutesy mascot for the series.. but I understand if that part at least doesn't count LMFAO)
