This classic harem comedy features a would-be college student trying to fulfill a childhood promise he made with a girl that they would attend Tokyo University together. Unfortunately, he keeps failing the entrance exams and his parents kick him out, leading him to stay at his grandmother's hotel, which has been recently converted into an all-girls dorm! When he's made the manager of this dorm, he slowly gets to know all of the girls who live there - one of whom he suspects may be the girl from his past. The story follows the twists of their "will they or won't they" romance and the protagonist's repeated attempts to enter Tokyo U.
