The BAse of Backing Esp Laboratory (BABEL) has opened up a free public ESP Testing Center! Civilians are allowed to stop by anytime to take an exam that will tell them if they're a Normal or an Esper. Identified Espers will also have their level ranked and given advice on whether they can continue living regularly or if they will have to come to BABEL. Working as a special esper and defending the future from peril isn't a bad gig, though! Really...
