Windfall is a lottery game. Every week you will have the opportunity to "purchase" tickets with cards, and the cards you use to purchase your tickets will go into The Pot. At the end of the week a number is drawn and whoever chose the winning number wins The Pot and takes home all the cards! Simple enough, right?

Rules:
1) A single ticket costs 2 cards or the equivalent of two cards; in other words, you can use 2 singles, 1 puzzle, or 1 special to buy 1 ticket.
2) Players may purchase a maximum of 4 tickets per round.
3) Players will choose the numbers on their tickets. Choose numbers between 1 and 49 (yes, numbers 1 and 49 are choices as well).
4) In the event that multiple players choose the winning number, the pot will be divided equally between them, with the cards being split by a randomizer.
5) In the event that no players choose the winning number, the pot will carry on to the next round. If the pot makes it to a third round with no direct winner, the closest guesser(s) will win the pot and the pot will start fresh again in the following round.

The winning number for each week will be determined by the very first, leftmost ball HERE. The deadline for purchasing tickets is Friday, July 18th at 12:01AM EST, meaning the Lotto Max round we use for the winning number will be drawn later that night. If you edit your comment after the deadline, your entries will be disqualified.

As a note, this round is a test run as far as numbers go, so the price of tickets or number of tickets you can buy, etc, is subject to change in later rounds depending on success and participation. :)
